With Scratch #280, we continue our exploration of pale ales brewed with a single experimental hop variety. A joint venture of YCH Hops and the Hop Breeding Company, the yet-to-be-named “HBC 342” lends a dominant tropical fruit character with a tinge of citrus and watermelon around the edges. Draft and growler fills now available in the Tasting Room.
