Next up in our Earth As We Now Know It is The Consequences of Humanity DIPA. Double Dry-Hopped with Citra hops and Citra Lupulin Powder and fermented with oranges. No Distro.

Additionally, our yearly release of Adoration of the Mystic Lamb Brett IPA with Pineapple will release in 4packs of 12oz bottles.

This tropical fruit juice bomb is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Flaked Wheat, and Oats and dry-hopped liberally with Galaxy hops. This beer is fermented with 100% brettanomyces and bottle condition with fruit nectar to present a beautiful hop aroma with a developed true brett flavor. Limited Distro.

NOTE: With the addition of our Merchandise Store and the soon to come colder weather, we will be releasing these beers from the Merchandise Store inside Burial. We will also shift to more casual release style, with no wristbanding, or need to rush.

Ceremonial Session IPA Featuring Idaho 7 Hops

Brewed with a different hop focus each time this session IPA is carved from Pilsner, flaked barley, wheat and oats and is saddled with a new hop vision quest each time it is canned. This batch features the Idaho 7 hops that when paired with our special house yeast yields flavors and aromas of pine, tropical fruit, citrus, and tea leaf.

Pilsner and flaked wheat form the base of the Kolsch ale yeast fermented brew. Counter Culture Coffee adds the perfect balance of acidity and roast character to the smoothness of the malt bill.

This beer is fermented with 100% brettanomyces and bottle condition with fruit nectar to present a beautiful hop aroma with a developed true brett flavor.
