Clairvoyant Metamorphosis IPA is the next installment of our Earth As We Now Know It series, made with Idaho 7, Mosaic, Cashmere, and Blanc hops and aged on Pineapple Sage. Available in 16oz-4packs. No Distro.

Zodiacal Light is a Mixed Culture Saison aged in a mix of wine, brandy, and bourbon barrels and finished with chamomile and honey. Brewed with our friends at Holy Mountain and bottle conditioned to perfection. Available in 750ml bottles. Limited Distro.

Jealousy & Murder is one of three installations of brews with our friends at Blackberry Farm. A Mixed Cutlure Saison made with NC Barley and Spelt and hopped with Saphir hops and aged with brettanyomyces and lactobacillus. Available in 750ml. Limited Distro.

Archaic Souls – Saison

New things are fun in pairs. Our friends at Hop Head Farms in Michigan drove down 200# of freshly-picked Crystal and Cascade hops to add some earthy resins to this dry and lightly spicy saison that was fermented with a new strain of yeast sourced from Nordic apple orchards. The combination of flavors produces banana, pear and subtle grassy hay or tea leaf aromas.
