Introducing New Wax Dipped Just Outstanding Cans!
If you think wax bottles are annoying and hard to get into, then just wait ’till you try our new cans!  Use your knife to find the pull tab and try not to get a big hunk of wax in your beer.  Don’t worry though, they say it prevents oxidation, so we doubled the price.
Just kidding.   This is what happens when you spend hours dipping bottles in wax.  Kind of like a deep fryer, you wonder what else you can play around with.
Now on to the real news…

Rum Barrel Aged Igor Unchained and a whole lot more during Citra Week!

We bottled about 700 bottles of Igor Unchained aged in Dominican Rum Barrels and busted it out for this special occasion.  This 13.5% Imperial… Something or other… with Piloncillo Mexican Brown Sugar and Cocao Nibs (among a slew of other special ingredients) is a delicious sipper that you will want to share with friends.  Don’t worry, if you don’t have any friends, Igor will comfort you.
$22 per bottle, limit 2 per person.  We will save some for each period of the Citra Release.  First-come-first serve.  There will also be a limited amount on draft

We held back about 350 bottles of the Original Igor Unchained so that you could do the exciting "Side by Side" tasting with the Rum Barrel Aged version.  How cool is that?

Citra Week is always a good time.  Kernville is perfect this time of year and we will be rolling out some other treats for you too to enjoy at the brewery. 
Citracito – Citra’s little brother, an easy drinker at 5% but with all that Citra and Amarillo that makes Citra so tasty.  Draft only.
Tule Fog – a New England Style IPA.  Draft Only
Sock ‘Em Dog – The next in our Wild and Scenic line, this Imperial Stout weighs in at 11%.  We will be aging some of this in Four Roses Bourbon barrels, so keep an eye out next year for this beauty.  Enjoy Citra week at the brewery,  Draft and Bottles ($15 each).
