Ommegang Adding Saison Rosé BottlesThis morning we have another new bottle coming from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY.  This is Saison Rosé and it is a saison brewed with Hibiscus flowers that is co-fermented with Chardonnay grape juice and aged in oak (from mixed wine barrels).  The beer will hit 7.7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle.  Stay tuned for 2018 release details.
