Master Brewer Daniel Carey shares the kinship of daily nurturing with small French hop farmers to deliver this Alsatian inspired treasure. This single hop beer is a very limited bottling and only available at the brewery with special thanks to Francis Heitz and his French hop growers. Cheers!
