For Scratch #327 we experimented with hopping at different temperatures to capture the essence of hop oils. El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops lend notes of grapefruit rind, peach and melon hard candy. Malted oats smooth up the mouthfeel. Draft/growler fills now available.
