Introducing Raspberry Sunshine!! ☀️ This sour ale is like drinking a bowl of farm fresh raspberries. Refreshingly tart with a soft mouthfeel, this brettanomyces-fermented farmhouse ale is perfect for summertime sipping. We aged it for three months in white wine oak foeders, imparting crisp flavors of green melon and a lambic-style minerality to the finish. Pair this berry bomb with grilled corn, herbed goat cheese and blue skies.
