Odell Brewing Releases Tropical Fruit Sour

Fort Collins, CO. – Odell Brewing has released their latest from the Cellar Series, Onolicious, a Tropical Fruit Sour.

With a blend of tropical fruits, Onolicious has an intricate flavor profile with powerful aromas of passionfruit, mango, ripe guava and sweet tamarind. Soured with Odell’s own home grown mixed culture, Onolicious balances the funk of brettanomyces with the clean tartness of lactobacillus.

“We wanted to create something with a deep, complex flavor found through the careful blending of a number of different fruits, including tamarind, which is seldom used in brewing,” explains Brewer Marni Wahlquist.
Coming in at 6.5%, Onolicous will be available in very limited quantities as a single 12oz bottle across Odell’s 18-state distribution footprint.
