Wicked Weed Working On Serotina, Malecasta & Sombra

Today we have some new Funkatorium 500ml bottles coming from Wicked Weed in Asheville, NC.  Serotina is a barrel-aged (17-months, Wine, Bourbon, Gin, Rum Brandy & Pink Tequila) American sour ale fermented with Montmorency and Balaton cherries (7%-AbV Batch # 33).  Sombra is a barrel-aged (17-months, Wine, Bourbon, Gin, Rum Brandy & Pink Tequila)  American sour ale fermented with Montmorency cherries, cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon and Habanero peppers (8%-AbV, Batch # 34)…and Malecasta is a barrel-aged American sour ale fermented with blackberries batch # 256 (6.6%-AbV, 500ml bottles).
