Here’s a new collaboration can coming from Pipeworks Brewing in Chicago, IL. This is Hutong Haircut and it will be a collaboration with Great Leap Brewing in Beijing, China. The beer will be an IPA brewed with honey, Sichuan peppercorns and Styrian Wolf hops. Look for Hutong Haircut to hit 6.85%-AbV and this is the 16oz can. “Hutong “ refers to some of the narrow streets in northern China, and stay tuned for release details.
