With our first Scratch beer of 2019, we’re closing in on a new IPA that we think will have a bright future. Dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic delivers fresh notes of ripe grapefruit and mango, and El Dorado follows through with hints of pear and melon. A backbone of local rustic pale malt, oats and wheat adds a silky texture and a slight haze. 7% ABV. We taste: ripe grapefruit, juicy pear, hint of melon. Draft and growler fills now available at the brewery.
