Allagash – Coolship Pêche

This morning we bring you one of my favorite coolship beers coming from Allagash Brewing in in Portland, ME. This is Coolship Pêche and it is brewed with 20% raw wheat and whole-leaf hops. The beer is poured into the coolship and ultimately aged in French oak wine barrels for two years…with fresh Main-grown peaches added to the barrels for 5-months. The beer hits 6.8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle.
