American IPA will be an IPA that uses Galaxy, Citra and Centennial hops and the beer hits 7.2%-AbV & 50 IBU. We also have Peach Kettle Sour and it is the winning recipe from the Harpoon annual homebrew contest (Brewers: Katie Wills, Michelle Palermino and Liz Schwenk). The beer will hit 4.5%-AbV * 9 IBU and these will both be packaged in 16oz cans.
