Elysian Adding Brett Noel Bete Noel Variant

This morning we bring you a new Bete Noel variant coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA.  This is Brett Noel and it will be a Belgian-style dark ale that is finished in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces.  This version will hit 8.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned for holiday release details.
