This morning we bring you another first peek at a new beer coming to the Wooden It Be Nice Series from Dogfish Head. This is Swearword Sweetspot and it will be a golden sour ale fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus on “heaps of apricots and fresh ginger root.” The beer is aged in red and white wine barrels and it will be packaged in 375ml bottles.
