Here it is! Our 4th Quarter Brand schedule! Please note though, that just because a beer comes out in a particular month doesn’t mean it will be available on the 1st of that month. Cheers!

We’ve got a couple fun brews releasing this week. First, welcome Berliner Apfel! Using Kickapoo Valley apples, creates a delicate and effervescent brew. Spontaneously fermented in our Wild Fruit Cave for a year. Notes of Green Apple & Pears. Now in our Beer Depot and coming statewide by next week.

The leaves are changing, and Fall is here! In our beer depot and shipping statewide, we have our new Berliner Apfel and our Laughing Fox! For Berliner Apfel, Dan sourced Wisconsin fresh apples from the Kickapoo Valley. He crushed the 2018 harvest and nurtured a spontaneous fermentation for one year to create this enchanted Berliner Apfel. Sparkling bubbles prance with effervescent notes of green apple and pear. This is a delicate creation to delight the senses. A Brewer’s alchemy of barley and apples magically creates the palest golden bier imaginable to sparkle as sunlight dances.
Laughing Fox is a sparkling Kristal Weizen brewed in the Bavarian tradition with 50% Wisconsin wheat in our open top fermenters. Tickle your nose notes of spicy clove and cinnamon abound. Dan’s inspired Weizen interpretation reflects the deep bittersweet color of our Fox’s red coat. This is easy drinking beer perfect for a friendly Wisconsin evening. Relax, this is God’s Country, here we have the strength to reach for the stars and change the world.
