Perrin Brewing Company Presents Bend & Brew Yoga Series

Beer-infused yoga class takes place on the first Saturday of each month through May 2020

Comstock Park, MI . (October 22, 2019) Perrin Brewing Company is proud to bring Bend & Brew back to the brewery! Whether you’re a yoga-curious beginner or an experienced yogi, you’re invited to a series of special yoga classes with instruction by Twisted Hot Yoga. Classes are held inside the brewery at 10 a.m. on the first Saturday of every month, running through May 2020.

Ginya Sasson, Owner of Twisted Hot Yoga, said “Bend and Brew is a really fun way to take yoga into the community. We see a good mix of first-timers and experienced yogis. Plus, it’s the only time you can lay on the floor of a bar and not get kicked out!”

Each 55 minute class is a non-heated vinyasa flow for men and women at all levels of familiarity with yoga, taught by one of Twisted Hot Yoga’s experienced instructors. Bring your own mat. Each ticket includes a pint of select Perrin beer to enjoy after class at the Pub. Stay awhile and socialize after class – the Pub opens at 11 a.m. to provide delicious eats and beers.

Bend & Brew is the first brewery yoga class of its kind in West Michigan. The 2019-2020 series marks the third consecutive season that Perrin and Twisted Hot Yoga have partnered to provide this beer-infused yoga class. Click here for dates and ticket information.
