BEHIND THE BLENDING
Last month, Brewmaster Matt Brynildson hosted a friendly blending competition with local winemakers which led to the creation of XXIII. Each team takes components of our barrel-aged beers then blends them to create a masterful Anniversary Ale. The winner gets bragging rights and the coveted cardboard crown… and of course, we all get to enjoy our latest vintage release.
Cheers to 23 years of Firestone Walker.
