November has gifted us all with a most bountiful beer harvest, yielding a straight-up liquid feast replete with crispy, dank, funky, & downright opulent potable delights. Not only is this month’s sale stuffed to the brim with tasty gems, it comes at a most opportune time to secure a sufficient quantity of adult beverages to get you through the imminent invasion of relatives & in-laws. BEASTMASTER: RUM BANANA SUNDAE EDITION
We aged this iteration of our already-stellar imperial dessert stout in Jamaican & San Diegan (yup) rum barrels and infused it with bananas, roasted & salted peanuts, Mexican vanilla, and Mexican cocoa nibs. Honestly, if you’re not already stoked after reading that, there’s nothing more we can do here.

BEASTMASTER AGED IN MALT WHISKEY BARRELS

CLOUDS DAGGERS (COLLAB W/ BOTTLE LOGIC BREWING)
We linked up with the beer-whisperers at Bottle Logic to craft this truly jaw-dropping liquid spectacle. This imperial porter was aged in bourbon barrels and meticulously layered with maple syrup-roasted pecans, cocoa nibs, & vanilla beans, creating a borderline hedonistic beverage experience that enchants the taste buds, sets the soul aflame, and exits with a glorious, lingering finish.

AT LONG LAST DIPA (COLLAB W/ SOCIETE)
As you may infer from the name, this one was a long time coming. We’re thrilled that we finally got to get together with the homies at Societe to create this magnificent West Coast-style DIPA. Hopped with a towering abundance of Nelson, Citra, and Centennial, it’s a riotous fiesta of lupulin-laden radness.

RAPID UNPLANNED DISASSEMBLY DIPA
If the words “100% Mosaic DIPA” get you all hot and bothered, we have very little doubt that this beer is going to be your jam. Brewed with borderline-ridiculous amounts of these wondrous little hops (including 7lbs/bbl in the dry-hop!), this hazy marvel sings its love for Mosaic from the rooftops.

ABADDON (COLLAB W/ WAYFINDER)
IT RETURNS. Brewed in collaboration with the homies at Wayfinder, this Helles lager was brewed with German malts, hopped with Perle & Hallertau Mittelfruh, and naturally carbonated for a beautifully bright, effervescent character. It’s a majestically expressive take on a traditional style that’s both balanced and jaw-droppingly crushable.

We blended a few particularly choice barrels of our red wine barrel-aged sour blond and then refermented them on a whopping 4lbs per gallon of organic, local nectarines. The resulting beer is a powerful & complex fruited sour with loads of nectarine aroma and flavor that we think you’ll immensely enjoy putting in your face.

VALLEY OF SOUND
Remember that thing we did with Palace of Paper Sacks where we blended some tasty barrels of red wine barrel-aged sour blond and then refermented them with 4lbs per gallon of nectarines? Well, replace “nectarines” with “peaches” and you’ve got yourself this incredibly stellar fruited sour. Ta-dah!

RADIX: ROXBURY RUSSET SINGLE-VARIETAL CIDER
This shockingly tasty single-varietal cider was made with Roxbury Russet apples, fermented with our funky house saison cultures, and aged in red wine barrels for six months. The result is a sparkling symphony of oak, funk, and apple character that’s an absolute joy to behold.

• While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 1/10/2020), the pick-up window for At Long Last, Rapid Unplanned Disassembly, StarBelt, Double-Fruited & Double Dry-Hopped Attack Frequency is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 12/13/2019. No exceptions.

The first day to pick-up bottles and cans will be 11/13 in San Diego / Los Angeles / Encinitas and 11/15 in Portland & Santa Barbara.

We’ll be hosting release parties at all locations on their respective first days for pick-up. We’ll have a bunch of special beers on tap, and there will be no shortage of good vibes, so that’d be a pretty ideal time to grab your beers.
