From the Wood Cellar: Always a Pleasure

This January, Creature Comforts Brewing Company will release the next offering from its Wood Cellar, Always a Pleasure. The beer will be available in 750mL bottles from the brewery’s tasting room as well as in select locations in Athens and Atlanta. 
Always a Pleasure is a dry-hopped foeder beer featuring Citra hops and made with lemon verbena. As a part of Creature Comforts’ local agriculture initiative, the brewery sourced the lemon verbena from the UGArden. The brewery also used local wheat from DaySpring Farms and regional barley from the Southeast in brewing this beer.
“Always a Pleasure offers the American hop flavor that fans of our IPAs may be familiar with, and pairs those citrus notes with locally sourced lemon verbena,” said Blake Tyers, Wood Cellar & Mixed Fermentation Director. “The integration is seamless and creates a beautiful citrus quality that is our most modern flavor profile to come from our foeders.”
Always a Pleasure will be available from the brewery on January 18 on draft and in 750mL bottles. Bottles will be available in select locations in the Athens and Atlanta markets shortly following the onsite release.
