This morning I have your very first peel at another new beer coming to the Wooden It Be Nice Series from Dogfish head in Milton, DE. This is Wildhood and it will be a dry-hopped tart wild ale brewed with wheat, oats, rye and triticale. The beer is dry-hopped with Pacific Northwest hops and aged for 14-months in French oak.
