Modist Releasing Illbrewminati Vol 1 & Green Greens / Mallow

This weekend was supposed to be our 4th Anniversary party…sigh..

While we can’t celebrate together as normal, we are still pushing forward with a couple special beers as planned, and thought they might be worth a mention:

1. Illbrewminati Vol 1: a tri-collaboration with Forager and Barrel Theory. It’s a blend of 2 Imperial Stouts; one aged in 12 yr Knob Creek Bourbon barrels and one aged in Boone County Bourbon barrels, then conditioned on Coconut, Banana, Vanilla Beans & Cocoa Nibs. Details here. 
2. Green Greens: a Double Dry Hopped New England IPA, mashed with exclusively Oat and Wheat malts, hopped and double dryhoped with our selected Sabro, Galaxy and Simcoe Cryo. Details here.

I’ve also added the coming soon beers Sippin’ And Forgettin’ sour ale brewed with coconut and lime (5%-AbV, 16oz cans), Green Greens double dry-hopped hazy IPA (7.3%-AbV, 16oz cans), DDH Galaxy Dream Yard double dry-hopped New England-style IPA (7.1%-AbV, 16oz cans), Mallow crisp lager with vanilla bean and lactose (5.2%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Amongst The Madness Kolsch-style ale (4.6%-AbV, 16oz cans).
