Tröegs Adding Dunkel Lager Bottles

Today I have a new bottle coming from Tröegs Independent Brewing in Hershey, PA. This is Dunkel Lager and it will “walk the line between a refreshingly crisp pilsner and a hearty bock.” This Munich-style Dunkel will be brewed with noble Hersbrucker and Tradition hops and it will roll in at 5.2%-AbV. Much like the Scratch # 407 beer that lead to this release, the beer uses open-fermentation krausen and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles. Stay tuned for more info.
