Here’s a new sour can coming from coming from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Dominga and it will be a mimosa sour brewed with Calamansi fruit and natural fruit flavors. The beer will slice in at 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz can…release details pending.

beer roster.
The idea for this light sour originated where all great ideas do—at brunch. While enjoying a mellow morning of good eats and good friends, our wood cellar blender, Lauren Limbach had the idea to create a mimosa inspired sour. 
The result of her brunch induced fever-dream? Dominga. This beer features the citrusy-sweet fruit of Calamansi (a hybrid of kumquat and mandarin orange) in a light wheat beer blended with our wood-aged golden sour.

It’s Women’s History Month – let’s celebrate the amazing women in beer! We partner with Pink Boots Society for this collaboration brew day once a year to raise money for educational scholarships and programming.
