Firestone Walker Adding Premium Lager & Mind Haze DIPA

This morning I have some new and returning beers from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. Firestone Premium Lager will roll in at 4.5%-AbV (12oz cans, 12oz bottles) and Mind Haze Double IPA will be the double version of the original Mind Haze (8.3%-AbV, 12oz & 19.2oz cans). As a bonus, I’ve also added in the new 19.2oz, 12oz bottles & 12oz cans for Mind Haze IPA (6.2%-AbV) and FlyJack hazy IPA (4%-AbV, 96 calories).

MIND HAZE DOUBLE IPA HAS ARRIVED
We’re excited to release Double Mind Haze, our first hazy double IPA.
When coming up with the idea, our brew team was challenged to create a beer that takes our signature Mind Haze IPA to the next level. The result is Double Mind Haze, our juiciest, fruitiest and haziest IPA at 8.2% ABV with bold flavors of pineapple, melon and mango.
Brewmaster Matt Brynildson explains, “Double Mind Haze is a carefully crafted next step in our long and rewarding journey through the hop world and IPA brewing. It’s a platform for extreme flavor, making it fun for both the brewer and the beer drinker.”
DOUBLE THE JUICY, TROPICAL FLAVORS
Double Mind Haze is audaciously dry-hopped with nearly five pounds of hops per barrel used in the making of the beer. Original Mind Haze hops such as Azacca, Cashmere and Mosaic are now joined by Strata, Sabro, Idaho Gem, Idaho 7 and Motueka. Sabro has a unique coconut aroma, while Strata offers bold, pungent fruit.
“The Double Mind Haze experience is all about the textures and the amazing hop flavors that we were able to weave into this beer without any bitterness,” says Matt. “It captures all of the hedonistic flavor and strength anyone could want in a Firestone Walker IPA.”
