JUST IN TIME FOR THE FEAST

Part 2 of November’s special release presale goes LIVE on Saturday

As many of our friends gear up to kick off the holiday season with some indulgence next week, we consider it due diligence to inform you all that a cornucopia of inordinately tasty adult beverages will be included in Saturday’s special release presale. More specifically, a quartet of collaborative wonders ranging from crispy to lupulin-laden to decadent, all manners of hop-wizardry, a delectable sour, PLUS portable caffeination.

November Part 2 special release beers will magically appear on the PRESALE PAGE at 10AM Saturday morning if you want in—and don’t forget, you’ll need to also snag a RESERVATION (in a separate transaction, of course).
PLEASE NOTE: All locations will have adjusted hours during the forthcoming pick-up week, due to the national holiday. Please familiarize yourself with our hours of operation & plan accordingly.

Friendly reminder: YOU CAN STILL TOTALLY TIP FURLOUGHED STAFF. While changing state-mandates in California have enabled us to recall some of our employee-owners, it’s not everyone, and as another potential shutdown looms, we can use all the help we can get. The online tip item is still totally a thing, and 100% of the tips collected will be evenly split among our furloughed staff. We’ve been blown away by everyone’s generosity thus far, and are supremely grateful for any and all contributions.

FORGOTTEN LANDSCAPES AGED IN TAWNY PORT BARRELS W/ NECTARINES (COLLAB W/ BURIAL)
Brewed with a mix of CA, OR, and NC craft malts, this collab with our friends at Burial Brewing was fermented with mixed cultures, Juice yeast, and Burial house yeast, aged in tawny port barrels for a year, and the racked onto 3.9 lb/gal Red Roy nectarines from Boldt Farms. Deep,  complex funk meets an abundance of stone fruit radness, all underscored by beautiful notes of oak that really take the whole thing to a seriously stellar level. Ready your flavor portal for an experience in liquid elegance.

PERMANENT EXPANSION (COLLAB W/ BOTTLEWORKS)
Brewed to commemorate the anniversary of an iconic and extremely rad Seattle bottle shop, this ultra-decadent pastry stout was stuffed with toasted pecans, barrel-aged Guatemalan coffee, and vanilla beans. This beer positively explodes with rich, indulgent dessert character that’s a fitting tribute to the nexus of awesomeness it celebrates.

DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED BROKEN SHADOWS IPA
This haze-shrouded miracle was brewed with a touch of rye in the malt bill and mountain of Strata, Galaxy, and Nugget hops, yielding a profile replete with orange citrus & strawberry, with a hint of spice from the rye, subtle herbal notes, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. It’s a singularly tasty beverage that’s as unique as it is crushable.

MOSAIC TIMEWAVE ZERO DIPA
This monolithic achievement in hop wrangling began with our beloved Timewave Zero hazy DIPA, the recipe for which was subsequently dry-hopped with outrageous amounts of Mosaic hops and topped off with a sprinkling of Citra and Eureka. It’s a glorious facefull of mango and tangerine that will have your tastebuds partying on first contact.

OAT DUNKEL (COLLAB W/ ENEGREN)
We teamed up with the excellent folks at Enegren Brewing to create an utterly delightful adventure in crispiness. We used some oats to give this single-decoction mash lager a creamy mouthfeel while still retaining all of the crispy bright radness you’d expect from a dunkel. We think you’re going to dig the hell out of it.

NEW IN TOWN DIPA (COLLAB W/ UNSUNG)
Brewed in Anaheim with the homies down the street at Unsung Brewing, this boss-level DIPA packs a 1-2-3 punch of Nelson, Strata, & Citra. The result is a resoundingly dope bouquet of fresh citrus, white grape, strawberry and passionfruit that makes us pretty stoked on our new neighborhood.
