WeldWerks Brewing Co. Earns 4 Medals and Mid-Size Brewery of the Year at  Colorado Brewers Cup Competition

GREELEY, Colorado (Jan. 26, 2026)—  WeldWerks Brewing Co. was awarded two gold medals, two silver medals and earned top honors as Mid-Size Brewery of the Year at the 2026 Colorado Brewers Cup competition, presented by the Colorado Brewers Guild, a nonprofit trade association with the mission to promote, protect, and propel independent craft breweries in the State of Craft Beer through advocacy, community, education, and public awareness.

“Winning a medal at the Colorado Brewers Cup is no easy feat, but to win four and earn a Brewery of the Year award is an unreal feeling, “says WeldWerks Founder and Owner Neil Fisher. “I couldn’t be more proud of our entire team and their commitment to excellence.” 

WeldWerks was recognized as the Mid-Sized Brewery of the Year, outpacing all other competing breweries producing over 675 barrels annually. WeldWerks earned gold for JuicyFish in the Strong and Imperial Hoppy Beers category, gold for Grandma J’s Strawberry Rhubarb Pie in the Sour Ale category, silver for Juicy Bits in the Hazy IPA category, and silver for Extra Extra Juicy Bits in the Strong ad Imperial Hoppy Beers category.

These are WeldWerks’ first medals at the Colorado Brewers Cup, which in its second iteration of the annual competition drew nearly 800 entries from 120 Colorado breweries. This is the first major competition award earned by Juicy Bits, WeldWerks’ flagship IPA, and the second medal earned by Extra Extra Juicy Bits after winning gold at GABF in 2019.
