Lakewood Brewing Opens for Lunch 7-Days A Week
Dallas’ Favorite Family Brewery is Now Serving Up Brews and Bites All Day
Dallas, Texas (December 2025) – Lakewood Brewing Company is now open for lunch,
expanding its hours to serve up its menu of “not your typical pub fare” alongside its
award-winning craft beers all week long. Opening at 11 a.m. seven days a week, the
Lakewood Kitchen offers a lineup of shareables, salads, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas,
and desserts—each designed to pair perfectly with the brewery’s 24-tap selection.
One highlight is the rotating Flatbread of the Month, which this month was created by
line cook Juan Fleming. Appropriately named Bacon Me Crazy, the indulgent favorite
features a crispy crust and an alfredo-sauced base layered with mozzarella, bacon,
spinach, marinated cherry tomatoes, and a Temptress balsamic drizzle. Several other
dishes also incorporate flavors from Lakewood’s beloved beers—Lakewood Lager
enriches the jalapeño queso, the Bavarian Pretzel is served with Temptress mustard,
and the Prosciutto Flatbread is finished with a Temptress reduction.
“Our kitchen team has been knocking it out of the park, & we wanted more people to
experience that,” said Wim Bens, founder and president of Lakewood Brewing
Company. “Lunch gives us another opportunity to surprise guests with what brewery
food can be.”
Lakewood is most notably known for its Temptress Imperial Milk Stout, the best-
selling craft stout in Texas. Today, its beer portfolio includes year-round releases like
Goddess Hazy IPA and Stub’s, as well as seasonal and limited releases, all of which
draw beer lovers to the Taproom at 2302 Executive Drive in Garland. Lakewood beers
are available on craft beer shelves Texas-wide and can be found using Lakewood’s
online Beer Finder and by following @lakewoodbrewing on the socials. Lakewood also
offers catering and both public and private events in any of its indoor or outdoor spaces.
