Today, I have some new and returning classics coming from Free Will Brewing in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Coffee Ralphius will remain a blended imperial stout aged for one to two years in various spirit barrels on Speakeasy Coffee beans (2025 Release, 15.5%-AbV, 12.7-oz bottles, 822 bottles produced), Vanilla Ralphius will remain a blended imperial stout aged for one to two years in various spirit barrels on Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans (2025 Release, 15.5%-AbV, 12.7-oz bottles-846 bottles produced), A. Smith Bowman Bourbon Barrel / J. Reiger Bourbon Barrel Aged Ralphius will be an imperial stout blended from one year aged A. Smith Bowman barrels & J. Reiger Bourbon barrels, 2025 Release, 15.7%-AbV, 12.7-oz bottles), Beadhead will be a dark Czech-style lager that will hit 3.8%-AbV (16-oz cans), and Haven will be a hazy pale ale that will hit a sessionable 5.5%-AbV (16-oz cans, Sabro, Citra, Cimsoc & HBC 472 hops, Brewed for Harley’s Haven). About Free Will Brewing:
Free Will Brewing is a craft brewery founded by Dominic Capece and John Stemler in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, in 2012. It is known for a wide variety of beers, including its popular sours, saisons, stouts, and IPAs. The company has two locations: a large main production facility in Perkasie and a satellite taproom in Peddler’s Village in Lahaska.
Locations and amenities
Perkasie (Main Facility): A 35,000-square-foot space that includes a taproom, clean brewing operations, a sour cellar, a barrel house, and an event hall.It features a rotating selection of 18 beers on tap, growler fills, and bottles for sale.
Food trucks are on-site on weekends, and you are also welcome to bring your own food.
Live music is offered on Friday and Saturday nights, and tours are available on Saturdays at 3 p.m..
Peddler’s Village (Satellite Taproom): A modernized taproom located in Lahaska, which offers a rotating selection of beers brewed in Perkasie.Features include draft beers, to-go sales, specialty releases, and merchandise.
It has indoor and outdoor seating and also allows outside food.
Happy hour is offered Monday–Friday from 4–6 p.m..
