Dry Dock Brewing & Left Hand Collective Opening Dry Dock Pub
It’s official! We are excited to announce our new brewpub location just 15 minutes away in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood
Say hello to Dry Dock Pub— offering a full bar, elevated pub fare, a big outdoor patio, live music & more. Located at 1101 South Pearl St, in the former Pub on Pearl, Dry Dock Pub will be operated by Left Hand Collective and will continue the legacy of the historic pub.
We plan to open this spring, and grand opening details will be coming soon!
“We couldn’t be more excited about this location and the community that makes it so special,” says Reding. “We’re honored to carry forward the Pub’s legacy with a welcoming atmosphere while incorporating thematic Dry Dock elements that enhance the experience.”
The space is expected to house more than a dozen taps of beers from both Dry Dock and Left Hand craft beers, as well as a full bar and pub food menu. Expect a large outdoor patio, private event areas, TVs, bar games and a stage for regular live music.
“It’s been a natural partnership with Dry Dock from the start,” notes Left Hand founder and CEO Eric Wallace. “They’ve always been rooted in community and hospitality, and that’s something we share at Left Hand. We want this space to feel like home – with the same welcoming spirit you find at Dry Dock’s original location, and our Tasting Room in Longmont and Left Hand RiNo in Denver. It’s about coming together and building community over great beer.”
About Dry Dock Brewing:
Before a ship sails, it begins in the dry dock—a place of precision, craft, and care, where vessels are built or restored before touching open water. This spirit of creation and transformation inspired the founding of Dry Dock Brewing Company.
Just like ships in a dry dock, our beers are carefully crafted before launching into the world.
Dry Dock Brewing Company opened in 2005 as Aurora’s first craft brewery, born from the community surrounding its sister company, The Brew Hut.
Back in 1995, co-founders Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding launched The Brew Hut to serve homebrewers. A decade later, they expanded their passion by cutting a hole in the wall and converting the neighboring space into a 7-barrel brewery and tasting room. Dry Dock was created to share their experimental brews with the local community.
Just months after opening, Dry Dock took home a Gold medal at the World Beer Cup for its Amber Ale—marking the start of a long list of accolades. Today, the brewery is recognized as one of Colorado’s most awarded, with 28 Great American Beer Festival medals and 8 World Beer Cup awards.
