Ground Breaker Brewing’s Gluten-Free Craft Beer is Now Available in NYC and New Jersey

Ground Breaker Brewing, the first 100% dedicated gluten-free brewery in the United States, has partnered with Twelve Percent Imports to bring their craft beer to New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. This distribution partnership will bring Ground Breaker beer to six total states on the East Coast.
“Since we opened the brewery over ten years ago people were always asking about New York and I would say ‘one day we’ll make it to NYC,’ we’re happy to announce that day is here,” remarked Founder James Neumeister. The award-winning gluten-free beer producer has long sought a distribution partner in the Big Apple. “It’s always been a matter of finding a distributor that is the right fit and we think we’ve found that partnership with Twelve Percent.”

While shipping beer to the New York City market has always been a goal for Ground Breaker, the brewery doesn’t want to undersell how excited they are to be in New Jersey. “I obviously follow a lot of gluten-free folks on social media and the community in New Jersey is really quite impressive. I’m excited to make my first trip out there to visit some of the great restaurants and bakeries that are always crossing my feeds,” said Neumeister.

The first shipment of Ground Breaker beers have already arrived and began to trickle into stores. The first shipment includes year-round offerings like IPA No. 5, the 2018 World Beer Cup® Silver winner in the gluten-free category, Inclusion Dry-Hopped Pale Ale, three-time Gluten-Free Great American Beer Festival® Gold Medal winner Dark Ale, and the freshly released 99 Light, a low-calorie light lager. The latest seasonal from Ground Breaker, Calypso Juicy Pale Ale, is also available.
