This morning I have another new entry coming to the Barrel-Aged Series from Avery Brewing in Boulder, CO.
This is Barrel-Aged Series No 63 and it will be called One Ping Only. The beer is aged for 4-months in Bourbon barrels and it will be a “rich and complex” Russian imperial stout brewed with oats and tart cherries. You’re looking at the 12oz bottle (76 barrels, packaged on 8/17/22) and One Ping will hit 13.1%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
