Storytelling: A collaboration with our friends at Zwei Brewing, Schlehenbier is a historical pre Reinheitsgebot crisp German lager brewed with a slight touch of sloe berries and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops.

Beer Details: Island inspired porter blended with foeder-aged dark sour ale, black porter, clove, and natural flavors.

ABV: 7%

Storytelling: A special blend for our beer-loving friends in Hawaii, inspired by the Hawaiian ginger flower.

Beer Details: Double dry hopped IPA with Citra Cryo and Idaho 7 Cryo – a battle between WA and ID specialty hops

ABV: 7%

Storytelling:  Essential for the IPA style, Hops are tightly packed with terpenes. These potent aroma compounds bring to life the lovely IPA bouquet we’ve all come to love. For this release, specialty hops from Washington and Idaho go toe-to-toe when Citra Cryo and Idaho 7 Cryo collide via two separate (and massive) dry-hop additions.

Early check out is an enormously decadent Imperial Stout brewed with coffee, maple syrup and vanilla beans, then aged for a year in a combo of Atticus Jones rye whiskey barrels and Kentucky bourbon barrels that aged Wisconsin maple syrup. Beer Details: Bourbon Barrel Aged Ale, A collaboration with Four Roses Bourbon

Storytelling:  We began brewing Oakspire in 2018 as a special release around the Holidays, and it has since become a fan favorite. In 2022, we’re thrilled to partner with Four Roses Distillery again, known for its smooth, fruit-forward, and slightly spicy bourbons. Oakspire features a custom-built, proprietary infusion method to pull the flavors from the bourbon-steeped charred oak and marries it with a malty-sweet, deep amber ale.
