Today I have a new collaboration coming soon from New Belgium in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NA.
This is Dorada Oscura and it will be a collaboration with Eda Rhyne Distilling, The beer will be a blend of an rhubarb root Amaro Oscura & Rare Grain Rye Whiskey barrel-aged rye bock (featuring Ryman Rye from Troubadour Maltings) & foeder-aged golden sour ale sour ale.
