Mother Earth Brew Co. Releasing 2025 Fresh As It Gets & Mystical Misfit

Vista, California & Nampa, Idaho – Sept. 23rd, 2025 – Mother Earth Brew Co. is proud to announce the release of two new limited-time offerings – “Fresh as it Gets” Fresh Hop IPA, and the latest installment of their Project X Series, Mystical Misfit.

Fresh as it Gets is crafted with freshly harvested Simcoe hops and celebrates the fleeting magic of fresh hop season, showcasing one of the industry’s most beloved varietals at the peak of its character by bringing a signature flavor profile that balances vibrant citrus zest with ripe stone fruit and a subtle undertone of pine. The result is a bold yet balanced IPA with juicy aromas of passionfruit and apricot, a crisp citrus bite, and just the right touch of earthy resin to keep hop lovers coming back for more. It’s a recipe that has already proven itself on the national stage as a Great American Beer Festival (GABF) award winner. Now reimagined with the once-a-year freshness of just-picked Simcoe hops, this beer delivers an unparalleled drinking experience that truly lives up to its name.

“I think what makes our fresh hop beers unique is the proximity to the hop fields. We can have the hops in the kettle in under an hour, hence the name.” said Mother Earth’s Brewmaster, Chris Baker – “Getting it from harvest to the brewhouse is huge in minimizing oxidation and really getting the full expression of the raw ingredient with minimal processing.”

Coinciding with its clearer cousin, Mystical Misfit is Mother Earth’s next rotating Hazy IPA and adds Galaxy and Nelson hops to the Simcoe party for a powerhouse trifecta that is sure to impress.
