We brewed up something special for our 13th anniversary—and we’re kicking things off this Friday, May 2nd with the release of Never Say Die IPA, a bold new collab with the legendary Matt Brynildson of Firestone Walker.

Loaded with hand-selected Riwaka, Simcoe, Crystal, and Mosaic Incognito, this 7% West Coast IPA blasts out bright citrus, tropical fruit, and just the right amount of dank. It’s a full-throttle hop journey worthy of treasure maps and booby traps.

Label art? Oh yeah—it’s wild. Longtime friends and Gigantic collaborators Rob Reger and Buzz Parker brought the adventure to life with a design that channels comic book chaos and serious goonie energy.

Never Say Die IPA drops Friday at the Brewery location and will be available in cans and on tap at all three Gigantic taprooms, plus select bars and bottle shops around Portland. Get it before it vanishes into legend.
To celebrate our 13th Anniversary we have a few events planned!

Here’s the plan:

FRIDAY, MAY 2 – Never Say Die IPA release party at the Brewery. Draft and cans available at all 3 taprooms.

SATURDAY, MAY 3 – Enchantment Under the Sea Adult Prom. Glowing lights, disco shark, the works!

FRIDAY, MAY 9 – Official 13th Anniversary Birthday Bash with cake at the Brewery + 30% off all barrel-aged beers at all locations!

The wait is over—Gigantic Brewing’s Enchantment Under the Sea Adult Prom is happening this Saturday, May 3rd from 7 to 11pm at the Brewery!

Get ready for a night of music, magic, and underwater prom perfection. We’re going full sea-glam with glowing lights, aquatic décor, and even a Disco Shark. DJs Love and Patio Primitive will be spinning prom jams from the ’50s to today—so whether you’re into dreamy slow dances or dance floor bangers, we’ve got you covered.

Dress to impress—the Gigantic Prom Royal Court is ready to crown a best-dressed guest with a $100 Gigantic gift card, plus prizes for two stylish runners-up.
Snap some memories in the themed photo booth and grab a corsage or boutonniere from Big Jim Gifford—every dollar goes to charity.

Whether you’re flying solo, rolling deep with friends, or showing up with a date—this is the prom you actually want to go to.

Calling all good doggies, glam pups, and tail-wagging talents!

Join us Saturday, May 17th at Gigantic Hawthorne (4343 SE Hawthorne Blvd) for our Best in Show Dog Contest — a full day of adorable antics, pawsome prizes, and doggone good fun!

Does your pup have the best costume, a killer trick, or just the kind of face that melts hearts? For just $10 per category, you can show off their skills and style — with 100% of the entry fees going to The Pixie Project, supporting pets in need.

Schedule of Categories:

12:00 PM – Most Distinguished Older Dog (8+ years)

1:00 PM – Dog Costume Extravaganza

2:00 PM – Best Trick

3:00 PM – Cutest Lil Pup (under 20 lbs)

Winners in each category will walk away with a trophy and a Gigantic Gift Card, and every participant gets a tail-wag-worthy goodie bag!

Judging the canine chaos is none other than Gigantic masterbrewer Van Havig, Derrick from Portland Pet Supply, and The Unipiper—yes, that Unipiper, complete with flaming bagpipes and a unicycle.

So leash up, show out, and let’s make it a bark-tastic day to remember!
