Three new labels form one of my favorites….Gouden Carolus. Today we have Ambrio Belgian Amber Ale, an 8%ABV Amber Ale. This brew dates back to 1471 and it is bottle conditioned. Next up is Classic, an 8%ABV Belgian Brown Ale, Classic uses ale yeast and is also bottle conditioned. Last but not least is Tripel, a 9% Belgian Blonde Ale. Tripel is also bottle conditioned. All three brews seem to be available in 750ml and 11.2oz bottles.
