Terry Hawbaker Leaving Cabinet Artisanal For Al’s Of Hapmden (Pizza Boy)

Sorry for the delay but I just confirmed form the man himself hat our very own Terry Hawbaker will be leaving Cabinet Artisanal / Farmers Cabinet & moving to Harrisburg to brew for Al’s of Hampden (aka Pizza Boy).  The move will take place at the end of summer…so stay tuned for more details….and stay tuned for some sours H’Burg!

Albert Kominski, Owner of Al’s of Hampden currently is brewing for Pizza Boy on a 5bbl BrauKon system (initially with Scott Morrison’s help).  This system will be replaced with a new 20bbl system from BrauKon as well as a dedicated stainless souring tank.   Al’s is also planning a new restaurant that will be five times the size of the existing building, and with a new Pinnacle Health hospital moving into the nearby Cumberland Technology Park, business should be picking up.
