Nogne0 Red Horizon 2.edition & 3.edition w/Sake Yeast

Here are two version of Nogne0 Red Horizon Norwegian Ale….2edition and 3.edition. These brew uses sake yeast No 7 and No 9 from Masumi Sake in Nagano, Japan and both were fermented at low temps for longer periods of time. 2.edition comes in at 13.5% ABV and 3.edition 12.5% ABV. Both beers will be packaged in 8.5oz bottles and come in at 100 IBU.
