Looks like Ed & Carol are aiming for an even bigger and hoppier style of IPA with this new keg release from Stoudt’s Brewing. This beer is named The Big Nasty and it is an Ultra-Imperial IPA. The Big Nasty has 8 hop additions and 8 different hop varieties to bring it to a whopping 160+ IBU and an even bigger 10.5% ABV. According to the label…:the word balance is certainly not in the vocabulary when describing this beer…WARNING this beer contains the following: hops, hops, hops, hops, hops, hops and more hops.”
