Short’s Peaches & Cream Returns This Week

No need to move to the country for these peaches. This week marks the return to bottles of one of our most popular experimental brews: Peaches & Cream!! Already on tap at our brewpub, look out for Peaches & Cream in stores throughout Michigan starting today (8/28).

Peaches & Cream (8.3% ABV, 45 IBU) is a high gravity golden ale brewed with lactose and fermented with fresh peaches. Pouring a light amber color with a slight, off-white head, the nose is dominated by peach tartness. On the palate, that tartness is softened with the addition of milk sugar to simulate a flavor profile very true to the much-desired dessert.
