Pizza Boy Brewing 60-Day Sour Project – Cask Poured

Thanks to @runner_pe for passing along this photo and caption from Pizza Boy Brewing. Looks like our pal Terry Hawbaker is working on a 60-day sour project. Terry filled an Allegro Winery barrel with wort and yeast and the beer will be tapped from the actual cask in 60-days on 10 Dec 2013. Stay tuned….this should be a unique experience.
