Wild Rose Brewery Releases Its Annual Favorite From the Wild, the Cherry Porter

CALGARY, ALBERTA–( Nov. 1, 2013/mbb/) – Wild Rose Brewery, Alberta’s local craft brewer, will release from the wild their annual seasonal, the Cherry Porter, on November 1, 2013.
Brewed using only the plumpest, ripest whole B.C. cherries, each glass of Cherry Porter is lush and creamy with a fruity aroma.
Rich and sensual, the flavour is reminiscent of Black Forest cake with sweet chocolate notes and a slightly smoky character from the roasted malts.
Crafted in limited quantities, Wild Rose Cherry Porter will be available in 1L bottles at select liquor stores in Alberta, and on tap at a number of select locations in Calgary and Edmonton in addition to the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom.
To celebrate the launch of this fan favourite, Wild Rose will be hosting a launch party all day on Friday, November 1, 2013 in the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom. In addition to the seasonal being available on tap and for purchase in bottles, the event will boast a fantastic Cherry Porter themed menu.
