We brought you the news that Bridgeport would be brewing a series of single-hop versions of their Hop Czar. We brought you Citra Dry-Hopped IPA and now we get to see the next release, Topaz Copper IPA. As you may have guessed, this new version uses Topaz Hops in the dry-hopping, but it also uses Bravo in the boil. This version will be packaged in 12oz and 22oz (below) bottles and come in at 6.5% ABV.
