Here’s a new beer coming from Off Color Brewing. This is Jerkbird and it is a Belgian style golden ale that will use Polaris hops and hit 9.5%-AbV and 22 IBU. Jerkbird uses co-morbid primary fermentation with brettanomyces claussenii and it will be package din 750ml bottles and kegs (below).
