Here’s a new collaboration coming from NOLA and 7Venth Sun Brewing. This is House Of The Rising and it is an ale aged in oak barrels with strawberries. This beer uses Lactobacillus and 2 strains of brettanomyces and it will be bottled in 750ml bottles. This beer hits 6%-AbV.
