This morning we get to see a new bottle coming from Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs, CO. This is One Ear and it is a naked siason (aka classic Belgian saison) that uses Styrian and Saaz hops This is a 12.7oz bottle and the beer will hit 6.5%-AbV and 35 IBU. We also have Menacing Huckleberry saison brewed with huckleberries and grains of paradise (6.5%-AbV, 45 IBU).
