Here’s an interestng new beer heading to bottles from Odell Brewing. This is Prop! Culture and it is a yeast PROPagation experiment that combines Belgian yeast CULTUREs in primary & secondary fermentation. This beer uses 10+ yeast strains including Sacchromyces and Brettanomyces and the beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles. Stay tuned for AbV and release details.
