What happens when a craft brewery gets together with a craft distillery? Distilled beer, of course! So, we teamed up with our good neighbors in Windsor, Vermont, SILO Distillery, to create a unique, bright and refreshing spirit. Distilled from UFO White Ale, Solstice shines with notes of coriander, orange, and wheat.  

Celebrating the two times of year when the sun is at its greatest distance from the equator, SILO Solstice represents a change in season as it transforms from UFO White Ale to a bright, distilled spirit.  Whether winter or summer, SILO Solstice is the perfect accompaniment to a day spent with friends après ski or post hike through the beautiful Vermont mountains.
